In the first of our Meet the Team series, we introduce you to Tim Sawka, our Pre-Contract Director.
Tim is responsible for the planning, procurement, execution and completion of contracts, including setting up each project team, client liaison, quality standards and health and safety.
With a background of key organisational roles in this sector, including working directly for a major London Council and implementing fire safety works, Tim provides a wealth of expertise, insight and inspiration to his team.
His previous projects have included the mobilisation of diverse upgrades within educational premises, which has become both a specialism and a personal vocation.
