Diamond Fire Safety has secured a place on the Camden Property Works Framework.
Spanning four years, the £620m framework is divided into seven lots and covers building improvements, repairs and maintenance, mechanical and electrical work, and fire safety and redevelopment.
Diamond Fire Safety has been appointed to Lot 3 – Fire Safety and Improvement Works, which comprises fire safety compliance, compartmentation, and fire protection and prevention, including the installation and upgrade of fire alarms, emergency lighting and automatic opening vent (AOV) systems.
Tim Sawka, Pre-Contract Director for Diamond Fire Safety, said: “Our appointment to the Camden Property Works Framework is testament to our specialist skills and vast experience of working with public sector clients. As a team that is dedicated to helping local authorities and housing associations meet current fire safety standards, we are ideally placed to help Camden Council deliver these vital improvements.”
Diamond Fire Safety is part of the Diamond Build Group and has worked with housing associations, including Hyde Housing and Network Homes, as well as Ealing, Southwark, Brent, Hillingdon, Lambeth and Wandsworth Councils.
The Camden Property Works Framework is one of six that the team is currently appointed to.
