At Diamond Fire Safety we are committed to future-proofing and being able to provide and record ongoing compliance of your installation.

In accordance with The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, you must carry out regular inspections and maintenance for you to remain compliant.

Diamond Fire Safety can help with this.

We will register and record your installation with FIRAS and issue you with a full certificate upon completion. This will also list the manufacturers and the installation materials that were used.

We can then return at agreed intervals to inspect and to attend to any issues that may have developed from:

  • vandalism

  • mis-use

  • non-compliant repair/ maintenance by a resident or third party

  • non-compliant alterations by a resident

  • damage

Following inspection and maintenance we will re-certify our installations and provide our clients with the full documentation demonstrating commitment to ongoing compliance.

When we conduct firestopping, all installations are correctly signed and identified as a fire barrier.

Should this be disturbed or breached later by a resident or contractor, our detailed and fastidious records would allow us identify and attend to our clients' requirements as quickly as is reasonably practicable.
